Inscribed on edge to Carl Edlund 1944 in script with original case of issue and original ribbon and replacement ribbon. Bust of Gustav V left, legend around; Reverse: four line inscription within wreath, legend below. Date "1944" and "Guld" stamped on either side of suspension. Hallmarks on suspension ring. Sharply struck with hard flashy prooflike surfaces and stark contrast the frosted devices, unobtrusive light wispy hairlines in the fields hardly distracting.
