Minerva is seated to the left. Navigation is seated at center by a globe and charts. A blacksmith with hammer and anvil stands at right. Strong color remains in the red-orange tint of this 1861 Twenty. This note comes uncancelled and displays just evenly circulated paper. The cut is above average with full frame lines present.
