CHINA--REPUBLIC. Bank of China. $1 to $100, ND 1919. P-30 to 32B.10 pieces in lot. Face and back photo proofs printed on light card. This group along with the other Ta-Ching photo proofs we are offering will certainly appeal to sophisticated collectors. This group is seen again with the One, Five, $10, $50 & $100 denominations with faces and backs for each. The notes are from the later series which is seen without the note-wide under-printing. Again seen with United States historical figures at the portrait vignette location with George Washington on all denominations, save for the One Dollar where Ulysses S. Grant is found. This group differs from the previous photo proofs we are offering in that a few back designs are found with bank names. The One Dollar reverse shows United States Of America curved at the top, The $50 back design is seen with the Ta-Ching Government Bank title. Lastly the $100 note is noticed with The Republic of China. Certainly a fascinating group and one that may see great interest.Uncirculated
