The face design is seen in a PMG Choice About Uncirculated 58 EPQ holder with only a bit of handling to mention. Overprinted "Yang Pen," at right and specimen at top center. Solid zero serial numbers and two punch cancels at the denomination counter at center. Back design seen encapsulated in a PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ holder with "Yang Pen," and specimen overprint along with two punch cancels at lower center.
