No. 159278, Plate Z. Captain and Assistant Quartermaster William J. Clark issued this T-41 Hoer as a member of the 8th Virginia Calvary. This scarce issuer has only been seen on a couple of notes with his example being just eight serial numbers removed from the note plated in the new McNeil reference.
