Gabrisch Collection of Coins of Tibet and Nepal, Tibetan, COINS OF Ladakh and Gahwal, Cooch Behar: Silver Tankas (3), Nara Narayan (1555-87) (KM36), Lakshmi Narayan (1587-1626) (KM 44, 45 (2)), ½-Tankas (7), Lakshmi Narayan (1587-26), Prana Narayan (1633-66), Upendra Narayan (1715-64) (2), Devendra Narayan (1764-66) (2) and Rajendra Narayan (1771-73). All very fine. These coins circulated extensively in Bhutan, and were the prototype for the later Bhutanese coinage.
