Svoronos-pl. 5. Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing circular earring; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing, olive sprig behind, ethnic before, all within incuse square. Remarkably well centered for this early archaic type. The obverse detail is very strong with full crested plume on Athenas helmet. The reverse design features a lovely almost regal owl that is full and well rendered, very much protected from wear by the deep incuse and the wall it provides.
