rack descends from the rim right of 12:00 through Libertys cap to her lower curls, while faint die cracks are noted at the base of the shield into the arrow feathers and connecting the bases of AME on the reverse. A single tiny contact mark is noted far below 1 of the date. While the visual appeal is different than that seen on a gem with bright chaotic multicolored tones, the sedate originality of this gem is very attractive.
