Obverse: Constantine V, Leo III, and Leo IV seated facing, each crowned and wearing chlamys; Reverse: Facing busts of Constantine VI, crowned and wearing chlamys and holding globus cruciger, and Irene, crowned and wearing loros, holding cruciform scepter and globus cruciger; pellet between. Struck from slightly worn and rusted dies, otherwise a well-centered example of this dynastic type with no post-mint defects and ample golden luster.
