Variety with vertical line in "nien". Exhibiting an exceptionally enticing argent nature along with just a hint of golden toning, this stunningly Choice crown features a character variant that is quite <strong>RARE</strong> and seldom encountered, and may be considered <strong>EXTREMELY RARE</strong> in such an elevated and lofty state of preservation. Namely, a stroke in "nien" is presented here as a very bold vertical stroke that connects two other horizontal strokes. On most others, this stroke is more of a horizontal dash or even takes a "7-like" appearance. As such, the present specimen is a wondrous opportunity for the advanced collector of these wildly popular Yuan Shih-kai variants.
