Glossy deep olive surfaces with some darker mottling through the recesses on both sides. An old obverse scratch and tiny rim bump are noted, but this offers satisfying detail and eye appeal. A popular early political, thought to have been issued at the time of Washingtons second inauguration, which took place in the Senate Chamber of Congress Hall in Philadelphia on March 4, 1793.From the John D.
