An attractive note that for some inexplicable reason did not receive the EPQ designation from PMG, although in our eyes the note is fully original and appealing. As in many instances in the Al Kugel Collection the present note is the sole example in the PMG population report. It does not appear that large quantities of these specimens were produced to begin with, and your cataloger is of the opinion that specimens are scarcer than remainders, for many of the issues. This specimen features printers annotations in the top margins and a DRUCKPROBE perforation, confirming its status as a specimen.
