Despite the noted cleaning, this otherwise uncirculated example from the Republics first year offers a very crisp and elegant strike--with the hair on Sun Yat-sens head, <em>even his eyebrows and mustache</em>, clearly and boldly defined. A burnished iridescence with a delightful watercolor nature has begun to take hold across each side, further elevating its enchanting flair and eye appeal.
