Printed by Waterlow & Sons, these are typically seen in heavily circulated grades. This example, which is in the PMG population report along with five other notes at this grade level, is surpassed by just a single finer example graded slightly nicer at EF40. Certainly underrated in Choice Very Fine condition, this example with good color and eye-appeal for the technical grade.
