1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 33.25-W.3, W-3725. Rarity-6. Draped Bust Left. EF-45 (PCGS).124.6 grains. A noteworthy example of this rare variety, a bold EF that is well struck and has attractive chocolate-brown color with tan on the high points. A few planchet flaws are seen running horizontally at the obverse effigys eye and at the central reverse, as well as some lighter natural planchet roughness elsewhere. However, the majority of the surface is smooth and pleasing and there are no post-strike issues to report. Overall an attractive Connecticut copper and probably at the lower end of the Condition Census.PCGS# 686379. NGC ID: 2B2X.<strong>To view supplemental information and all items from the Sydney F.
