The "Hunan Provincial Constitution" type, struck to commemorate the promulgation of the document. Though some prior cleaning is noted, this example from a rather popular type presents very boldly struck details, with a crisp, clear nature throughout. The obverse remains mostly argent and free from any chromatic nature, while the reverse has begun to take on a bit of a vibrant iridescence, with amber, cobalt, and magenta hues observed nearer the peripheries.
