1774 Machins Mills Halfpenny. Vlack 7-74A, W-7770. Rarity-6-. GEORGIUS III, Group I. Fine Details--Environmental Damage (PCGS). 131.8 grains. An interesting piece, collected by Syd as an overstruck coin due to some curious crosshatching at the central reverse reminiscent of undertype. This is most likely just some form of damage, but the coin is double struck with a slight offset seen on the upper seated figure and at portions of the dentils.
