拍品描述： 民国十九年四川一百文黄铜币，中心“川”，左右加列“边铸”二字，意指此币的铸地及其使用区为川边地区 (泛指四川西部高原地区，包括现今雅安市、甘孜藏族自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州及凉山彝族自治州的大部分地区在内)。民国初期，各省军阀佔地为王，为谋私利及筹措军饷而大量铸造各种品质低劣的铜元以营利。此币相对同期各种劣质川币铜质较佳，且铸工也较为精良，背面更铸有“生活过高地方请求铸此平价”十二篆字，字体秀雅，排列井然，边镶饰双圈，构成一幅协和的文字图案，将书法艺术、社会经济现状与民意 (其意应是反应当时劣币充斥，钱价日贱，生活日高，百姓不堪其苦) 熔为一体，在民国钱币中当属独一无二。PCGS评XF45，#42126166。Szechuan Province, Republic, China, brass 100 cash, Year 19 (1930), obverse marked Chuan at centre for Szechuan , Chinese characters Bian and Zhu on left and right respectively, meaning the coins were minted in the surrounding areas of Szechuan; seal script text on reverse is a direct reflection of the poor quality coins in general circulation, their depreciation in value and hyper-inflation - a rare instance in which the ideograms are an amalgam of beautiful caligraphy, explaining the status of local economy and public opinion, (Y-466a), well struck and in better quality brass compared to coins of the same era amidst the rule of profit maximising warlords.
