PCGS Banknote Choice Fine 15.A perforated and cancelled example of the always impressive $10,000 gold certificate, this one was payable to the order of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Dated January 8, 1915 and apparently paid in Cincinnati, Ohio. A much scarcer Parker-Burke signature combination, this note was also endorsed on the back by E.R. Fracher whom was the first Governor of the Federal Reserve Bank Note of Cleveland. PCGS notes "Minor Ink Erosion, and a Small Edge Split."
