Only four CC-38s have achieved an Uncirculated grade from PMG, and this 65 EPQ is the finest, with the next highest being a 64. Beautifully sharp and clear printing with bold signatures, crisp white paper and almost visually perfect centering with four generous margins. The back is particularly well-inked and striking. Ex.
