1820/19 Matron Head Cent. N-2. Rarity-2. Unc Details--Environmental Damage (PCGS). An impressive Mint State example with an excellent provenance. Frosty surfaces that are fully lustrous and show just a few insignificant marks. The color is a natural mix of dark chocolate-brown and light olive. There is no environmental damage, just flowlines and some die rust on the portrait. Graded NGC MS-63 BN in the Rasmussen sale. PCGS# 36682. From the John McBride Collection.
