永乐通宝一组89枚，分别中国明代67枚，日本17枚，及安南(即现今越南)5枚，永乐年间明廷对外愈趋开放，「永乐通宝」成為对外贸易的主要货币，肯尼亚、坦桑尼亚、泰国、伊朗、马来西亚、阿曼、斯里兰卡等地亦有出土记录，足见中国於明代时於国际间有举足轻重之地位，混合品相。China (Ming Dynasty), Japan and Annam, a group of Yong Le Tong Bao cash coins, 67x from Ming Dynasty China, 17x from Japan and 5 from Annam (modern day Vietnam). During the reign of Yongle Emperor, Ming Dynasty opted for more open foregin diplomatic relationships, and the Yong Le Tong Bao served as the main medium for trade with other regions, and its wide acceptance across various countries (as evidenced by it being unearthed in Kenya, Tanzania, Thailand, Iran, Malaysia, Oman, Sri Lanka etc) elevated its status as the de facto trade dollar of the time, thus highlighting Ming Dynastys influence and economic prowess. mixed condition (89)
