NGC EF-40.KM-Y-152. A visually intriguing error, which appears to be have been caused by an obstruction from another blank planchet after being struck and failing to eject from the minting equipment causing the reverse of the present pieces design element to flatten. Providing much visual appeal, the present specimen displays fairly limited evidence of handling, and presents a wonderful study piece as such.
