Obverse: "Xian Feng Zhong Bao"; Reverse: "Dang Wu Shi". This decently preserved example boasts bold characters with a pleasing light brown patina that is complemented by richer coloration in the fields and crevasses. The high points are relatively smooth with only minor marks or abrasions. Inspection of the fields reveals much smoothing in an effort to enhance this large sized issue. Despite its shortcomings, this presentable example is attractive and pleasing to the eye.
