GREAT BRITAIN. Crown, 1713 Year DVODECIMO. London Mint. Anne. PCGS AU-58. S-3603; KM-536; ESC-1349. A quite elusive type when found preserved this nicely, as attested to by only one example surpassing the present specimen for grade on the PCGS population report--an MS-61. Avoiding the pitfalls common to these Crowns, the present specimen is devoid of excessive marking or friction and displays nearly full mint glossiness. Lightly toned, with occasional wisps of amber toning, this emission of Anne is certain to prove a popular example. To view all items from the Mark and Lottie Salton Collection, click here. From the Mark and Lottie Salton Collection.
