Fr. 368. 1890 $10 Treasury Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. This note exhibits a small red scalloped Treasury seal at right and large portrait vignette of Sheridan at center. Lovely inks throughout create a vast amount of visual appeal and the important reverse design bears sharply inked devices. Pleasingly margined and centered and bordering on a Gem grade.
