1893-CC Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-60 (PCGS). CAC. OGH--First Generation. Whereas the highly lustrous surfaces of this coin are commensurate with a Mint State 1893-CC dollar, the toning is vastly superior in vividness to that which we have seen in examples of this issue over the years. The obverse periphery is ringed in mottled rose-orange iridescence, while similarly bright colors of reddish-apricot, salmon-pink and cobalt blue decorate the reverse border. Not overly abraded for the assigned grade, BU survivors of this challenging Morgan dollar issue are rarely offered either this well preserved or this attractive. The strongest bids are certainly justified here. PCGS# 7222. NGC ID: 255S.
