拍品描述： Nepal Rastra Bank, Central Bank of Nepal, a fascinating group of De la Rue printers archival photographs mounted on card for proposed issues, ca 1997, comprising 1 rupee (2), black and white obverses (2) with annotatted signature instructions and dated 25/4/97 with heading NEPAL BILET 1 RUPEE , signature of Satyendra Shrestha (Pick 37 for type, TBB B240 for type), 2 amd 20 rupees, obverse photographs in orange/orange-brown, signature of Adhikary (Pick 29a, 32 for types, TBB B223, 229 for similar), also a specimen note for 20 rupees, orange and pale blue, King Birendra at left in plumed crown, signature of Satyendra Shrestha, also a specimen 500 rupees, brown and violet, King Birendra at left, signature of Satyendra Shrestha, both mounted on card with text APPROVAL/APPROBATION/APBROBACION (Pick 38b, 39, for type, TBB B242, 245 for type), also an obverse and reverse photograph mounted on card for a 500 and 1000 rupees, brown and pink-mauve respectively, both King Birendra at left, Satyendra Shrestha signature, both are mounted in De la Rue folders, one dated 1998 (cf Pick 39, 40 for similar, TBB B245b, 246b for similar), also a group comprising obverse and reverse proofs for a 20, green, 50, green, 100, green, 500, orange and 1000 rupees, orange, series of 2002, all King Gyanendra in plumed crown at left, signature of Tilak Rawal, all have printed date on card 5.10.01, there are significant differences to the issued series (Pick 47-51 for types, TBB B255-259 for similar), a fascinating printers archival research group including photographs, proofs , specimen notes.
