(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. 5 Fen (1/2 Miscal), AH 1295 (1878). Yarkand Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS AU-55. L&M-666; KM-Y-A7.16; WS-1139. This lovely example is relatively nicely centered, though somewhat softly struck, and presents essentially no evidence of wear on the surfaces. Good original mint luster remains on the small planchet, making this piece an attractive example and one that is certain to command much interest from the many Chinese specialists.
