Obverse: Aphrodite seated left on throne, holding phiale over altar to left; to right, Eros standing left, crowning her with wreath; Reverse: Dionysos standing left, holding grape bunch on vine and thyrsos. This example is rendered in vivid detail on the lustrous and toned flan by the bold strike that gives immense charm. Some slight flan roughness is noted, but nothing to distract the eye.
