This very nicely struck, though slightly off center, Ruble has essentially intact luster. Almost no evidence of handling is present, and the color is an attractive light silvery look. A visible die crack is noted on the obverse next to the bust of Peter II. <strong>VERY SCARCE</strong>, especially in this condition, this is the finest graded example by PCGS and is tied with 4 others from NGC for the finest.
