A well executed and significantly cut down West Indies imitation 6400 Reis (Joe) of a Maria I and Pedro III of debased style, with most of the date and mint mark off of the flan. The obverse surfaces exhibit a slightly rough texture with some minor laminations mentioned for accuracy. This handsome example displays a pale golden coloration with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices adding to its originality and pleasing appearance.
