Arms at top center with watermelon colored design at right encasing a "50" counter. Another "50" counter is found at bottom center within an intricately lathed design. Stylized Norse "N" of the bank name with Celtic design noticed. Two dark black "1944" dates are seen at bottom left and right ends. The reverse is printed in dark black ink, and displays an oversized "N" of "Norges Bank" at top center, with Celtic patterns in the top and right margin designs. A crown is seen at center above the monogram of King Haakon VII. Just eight examples of this variety have been graded by PMG at the time of cataloging. Scarce, and sure to be the center piece of any Norwegian collection of paper money. PMG comments "Small Stain."
