Part of a five-token series listed in the book The Numismatic Aspects of Leprosy, by Roger R. McFadden, John Grost, and Dennis F. Marr as No. 150-154, on pages 19 and 20. This is an exceedingly rare token; the only one we have handled of this rare leprosarium issue from Qinhu, Jiangsu Province, China.
