Inexplicably not given the EPQ designation but PMG has bestowed the "Good Embossing" comment. Uncancelled and desirable as such. Seen with good margins, superior printing quality, and mountainous embossing. The last uncancelled quality note that we have sold was a PCGS Choice New 63PPQ that brought $600 in our October 2018 sale. A lovely example
