Variety with "HAH" and "CH" and without dots under "Chia" and "Chen". Dies are rotated 75 degrees counter-clockwise. A decently struck Dollar with good detail on the dragon, light gray toning throughout, and some evidence of repair and smoothing of the character side fields.
