Struck to commemorate the completion of the Kweichow (Guizhou) Provincial Highway, and reportedly featuring Governor Zhou Xichengs personal automobile. Offering seemingly unheard of quality for this ever-popular type, the present specimen radiates with a rather bold strike and little way of surface issues outside of the noted cleaning. As such, <strong>VERY RARE </strong>and immensely desirable for the advanced collector of Republic-era Dollars.
