Obverse: Capped and robed bust facing slightly right; Reverse: Legend in 13 lines. Another example of this charming medal that is rather <strong>SCARCE </strong>to encounter. Fairly deep in color on the higher points, but with some charming brilliance emanating from the protected areas.
