"Fu Tai Shang Hai" (Futai Bank, Shanghai City); "Xie Zheng Chang Hao Hui Hao Wen Yin" (Xiezhengchang Bank, remittance bank fine silver). This nicely preserved and attractive large size ingot displays light mottled gray patina with minor earthen deposits in the crevasses and light signs of handling. The stamps are decently applied, though minor aspects of the remittance stamps are weak, and the city stamp was struck multiple times somewhat obscuring the design features. A type that seldom appears on the market and is sure to catch the attention of many advanced collectors.
