CHINA (PEOPLES REPUBLIC): 5 fen, ND (1980), Zeno-77765 (this example), Qinhu Leprosy Hospital opaque light blue / turquoise plastic token, circular with a central hole; tài xiàn qín hú yi yuàn (Qinhu Hospital, Taixian County) above and below bìng yuán dài yòng juan (For Patient Use), lower case Latin letters tqy above on reverse in a small diamond which probably stand for Taixian Qinhu Yiyuan (Qinhu Hospital of Taixian [County]), EF, RRR, ex Shawn Hamilton Collection. Part of a five token series listed in the book, "The Numismatic Aspects of Leprosy", by Roger R. McFadden, John Grost, and Dennis F. Marr as No. 150-154, on pages 19 and 20. This is an exceedingly rare token; the only one we have handled of this rare leprosarium token from Qinhu, Jiangsu Province, China.
