Used for printing the brown 300 yuan stamp commemorating the 50th anniversary of the postal service in China (1896-1946), this plate was prepared by the American Bank Note Company and features a mix of colors on the front. A few light stains are noted, but the detail within the engraving remains stellar. Serial number (retrograde) of 88428 on the front and F12350 on the back.
