户部光绪元宝当制钱二十文。错版。本次上拍一组中国错版铜币中的一枚。因龙图缺失，CL-HB.09参考编号为揣测。字面可见点蚀及铜鏽。经流通，巧克力棕色包浆。此枚错版币与此组其他错版币一样经长时间流通，证明日程使用中，钱币的工艺经常遭忽略。

Part of a remarkable group of errors on Chinese coppers we are offering in this sale. The attribution to CL-HB.09 is, of course, tentative as the dragon is missing. Traces of pitting and verdigris on the character side. Well used and colored chocolate brown.<p><p><em>That this error and the others in this group are well circulated shows how little attention was paid to the fabric of the coins used every day.</em>
