臆造新疆省造光绪银元库平重五钱银章。仿型。铸压精良，难以寻觅的一枚。值得留意的是，在当初决定正式面额之时，当中并不包括五钱，但有壹两、四钱、二钱、一钱。此枚包浆浓郁，正面光感俱佳，反面比之更为眩目，令人心醉，定能引起激烈竞投。
CHINA. Sungarei. Silver Fantasy 5 Mace, ND (ca. 1906). NGC MS-62.cf. KMX-345 (for Tael). Imitative type. A well made and nicely preserved example of this extremely difficult to locate series. It is interesting to note that the legitimate denominations from this series did not include a 5 Mace, but did include a Tael, 4 Mace, 2 Mace and 1 Mace. The present piece exhibits attractive rich slate patina with brighter areas on the obverse. The reverse displays rich patina that is a bit brighter than the obverse and is quite attractive. A handsome piece sure to see spirited bidding from advance collectors.
