PCGS Banknote Superb Gem Uncirculated 68 PPQ.An incredible representation of this mini-porthole design, which shows with quality that surpasses nearly all others of the same design. The inks are bold and definitive with great detail of both the primary design and overprints. Picture frame like centering and margins also help solidify the Superb Gem grade. Although PCGS Banknote does not yet have population reports, wed find it hard to believe if another example of this note has been graded in a higher level by them. Scarcely encountered in such a lofty grade, and collectors will be hard pressed to come across another.
