1935 Washington Quarter. MS-68 (PCGS).Colorfully toned around the obverse periphery, where one will appreciate olive-gold, rose-orange and powder blue iridescence. The reverse exhibits mottled olive-copper peripheral highlights around champagne-pink central toning. Both sides are virtually pristine with bountiful luster and extraordinary eye appeal. With a mintage of 32,484,000 coins, the 1935 is among the more readily obtainable early date Washington quarters in grades up to and including MS-66. Superb Gems in MS-67 are scarce, however, while in MS-68 the coin offered here is a decided condition rarity. The exceptional toning enhances this coins desirability for the collector building an advanced cabinet.PCGS# 5797.
