In the name and types of Alexander III (the Great). Obverse: Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; in left field, monogram above forepart of horse grazing left. Fairly well centered, this example does display some granularity to the surfaces, but nevertheless presents all details rather handsomely.
