Tied for finest certified of the date with only one other example on the NGC population report, none listed in MS on the PCGS census. A sharply struck and very attractive little gold minor issue exhibiting somewhat flashy lustrous surfaces with a hint of tone amongst the devices somewhat subduing it brilliance and a couple of small areas of richer coloration on the reverse adding to it originality.
