The single fourth finest certified of the date/mint mark on the PCGS population report, only five finer (MS 66[2], MS 66+[1] & MS 67+[1]). Seldom encountered in such a high state of preservation and as such should be considered VERY RARE. A sharply struck sparkling little Gem exhibiting smooth lustrous satiny surfaces and frosty devices displaying a hint of tone in the lower half of both sides. A very pleasing representative of the type that is quite tough to locate of this high state of preservation certain to pique the interest of avid collectors.
