The first year of Charles III coinage, designed with the order around Charles IIIs neck extending below his bust. Attractive throughout, this piece shows centers that are evenly presented and sharp legends that are accompanied by dappled copper-orange tone in places. Very few individually mentionable marks appear for the grade. Altogether, far exceeding most seen, with its second-finest-graded status further validating the quality.
