While the choice Gem 5 Centavo, the most attractive coin in the set in this catalogers opinion, is fully original with cartwheel luster displaying a thin veneer of champagne, sky blue and lavender iridescent tone offering outstanding eye appeal. The choice Gem copper issues exhibit much original mint bloom each with varying degrees of mottled red copper tone accentuated by a nice cartwheel effect. Each piece from this attractive set of survivors exhibits boldly struck frosted devices with smooth lustrous fields.
